What’s included in the paid price?

All fees and taxes are included. The High-Speed Wi-Fi is complimentary and available in all areas of the Hotel.  Accommodation comes without breakfast.

Are there any parking facilities on the property’s premises?

Currently we don’t have a designated parking area for our guests. However, due to our privileged location, there are excellent transport links at only 3minutes away from Earls Court Underground Station. The parking zone is controlled by Kensington and Chelsea Borough. Visitors have limited options as follows: from Monday to Friday, you may park in the controlled bays areas after 6:30PM until 8.30AM, and on Saturday after 1.30PM  (as long as there is no parking suspension). Please do still check the rules for the specific parking bay you are using.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We are happy to store your luggage free of charge before check-in & after check-out.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted on hotel’s premises.

Can an extra cot bed be provided for a baby?

Complimentary baby cots are available upon request free of charge and are subject to availability.

How close is the hotel to shopping, restaurants, public transport, and attractions?

The Prime Hotel is minutes away from Earls Court Tube Station. Connecting you to all of London’s major stations and sites on the DISTRICT & PICADILLY LINES. There is a 2 minutes’ walk to the main street offering a variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and also shops, banks, cash machines, currency exchange points and beauty salons.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time starts at 3PM. Early check-in is subject to availability. Check-out time is at 12PM.

Do you have smoking/non-smoking floors in the hotel?

Smoking is strictly prohibited and against the law throughout the building, which includes all of the rooms. In the event that we establish that smoking has occurred in your room, we reserve the right to charge a £200.00 cleaning charge.

Are there room service or served meals available on hotel’s premises?

The Prime Hotel doesn’t provide room service or serving meals. We will be happy to give our best local recommendations.

What's the difference between a Superior Double room and a Club room?

Our Superior Double room size is quite good and spacious. Our Club Double Room are our most spacious rooms. Regarding the bed size, our Superior Double rooms are equipped with Queen Size Double Beds according to the UK standards, and the Club Double Room are equipped with King Size Double beds according to the UK standards. A Club Room can also be equipped with twin beds (2 separate beds). 

Why do you need my credit card details?

In general, credit card details are required as a guarantee in case you don't arrive or cancel too late. This might result in a "no-show" charge (the equivalent of one night stay), depending on the reservation rate policy. There might be a pre-authorization check at the moment of reservation. 

What types of credit card can I use to guarantee the reservation?

The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard & Visa. All cards must be valid until the date of departure. For cash payments, we request identification. We do NOT accept cheques.

Our flight arrives late. Will we still be able to check-in?

Check-in is available any time after 03:00 PM. Our Front Desk service operates from 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM to assist you.

Do you have an elevator at your hotel?

Yes, we do have an elevator in our hotel.

Do you have rooms with disabled access?

At the moment, we don’t have a room for disabled people.
